Mid-America Contractors (MAC) announced ownership of the company is being transferred to the new owners Jason and Jenny McDowell. The company was previously co-owned by Marilyn and Jack Coughlin who have decided to retire. Jason MCDowell is now the new President and his wife, Jenny McDowell, holds the position of Secretary and serves on the Board of Directors.
Jason and Jenny McDowell have been with MAC for 20 years. There will be no changes to management and policies of the company. They are committed to sustaining the reputation the company built over the past 30 years by assuring the supreme quality of services will remain the same.
