Three Hallbrook Place Coming Next Summer
Summer 2020 will bring Three Hallbrook Place. The new Class A office building developed by Hallbrook Office Center, LLC and VanTrust Real Estate will join the prominent Hallbrook Office Center, located at the intersection of College Boulevard and State Line Road.
This four-story 119,853 square-foot facility will contain 469 parking spaces and is near several shopping and restaurant areas in southern Johnson County.
CenturyLink Leaving Facility in Garnder, Kansas
CenturyLink, formerly Embarq, is a large multinational communications company with several offices across the country. They currently occupy a large office building in Gardner, Kan. but will not renew the lease when it is up for renewal in June 2020. The company announced the decision nearly a year in advance to provide their employees with ample time to prepare for the future. Based on qualifications and business needs, impacted employees will have the option to relocate to other CenturyLink locations, work from home or accept a severance package (the severance option is at management discretion and may not be available to all employees).
No new tenant is identified for the 600 New Century Parkway office building yet.
